Refund and Returns Policy

At Baby Toothpaste Safe, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any damage, defects, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If you have any questions about a particular product, don’t hesitate to contact us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we suggest returning the original item first. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund.
